...1/4 c. evaporated milk

...After each cookie is frosted with white
...frosting, add 2 tablespoons cocoa to
...remaining icing and frost 1/2 of cookie
...with chocolate icing. Cream sugar
...and shortening together until light.
...Mix flour.and baking powder
...together. Add to sugar mixture

...Add vinegar to milk and add baking
